Biography
Zackary Crumpton, CEP, Senior Manager of Supplier Management - E*TRADE


Zackary Crumpton recently joined E*TRADE as the Senior Manager of Supplier Management. Previously, he was a 20 year Fidelity Investments veteran with several years of institutional client service experience. As Vice President of Business Development for Fidelity Stock Plan Services he was responsible for managing strategic initiatives to develop new business, establishing performance measurements and management tools, creating customized training and development programs to elevate associates' competencies and skills, and administering account executives variable compensation plans.

Prior to joining Stock Plan Services, Zack was Vice President of Channel Sales and a Regional Retirement Manager for Fidelity Corporate and Employee Services. He coordinated cross-company initiatives for the Fidelity Investor Centers and Phone Sites to present financial planning workshops and consultations to Fidelity Institutional Retirement Service Company's plan sponsor employees. Zack has also held several other positions of increasing responsibilities at Fidelity: Regional Director of the Southern Region, Assistant Branch Manager of the Walnut Creek, CA Investor Center, Trading Supervisor of the Century City, CA Investor Center and Senior Financial Representative of the Sacramento, CA Investor Center.

He received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, TX and a Masters of Business Administration in Finance from Golden Gate University in Sacramento. Zack earned his CEP designation in 2006, and is Chair Elect on the Certified Equity Professional Institute Advisory Board. Zack is a member of the National Association of Stock Plan Professionals, and his industry licenses include the Series 7, 8 and 63. He is a four-time recipient of Fidelity Investments "Chairman Award" and a three-time recipient of the "President's Circle Award".
