The deadline to defer the June 7, 2008 exam is May 23, 2008

All prices listed in US Dollars. Fees do NOT include the cost of the required textbooks. Candidates must purchase the required books. Information on how to purchase the books is provided upon registration.

Retest outside the contiguous U.S.	$350 if new test date year is within one calendar year of original test year, $700 if the new test date year is more than one calendar year from original test year.
"No-Show" within or outside the contiguous US	Forfeits exam registration fee. Re-enter program as new exam candidate.
