Stephan Gerdes, Director of Financial Reporting, Computershare Plan Managers

Stephan Gerdes, Director of Financial Reporting for Computershare Plan Managers, is responsible for supporting the outsourcing teams in managing client needs related to complex area of financial reporting. Prior to this role, Stephan was responsible for the overall US plans outsourcing business at Computershare, including ensuring the overall productivity of the Employee Plans client management, operations and call center teams. Prior to joining Computershare in 2004, Stephan managed executive and equity compensation programs at Avaya. Before that Stephan held senior manager positions at both Lucent Technologies and PepsiCo where he was responsible for equity compensation programs.

Stephan graduated from Bernard Baruch College of the City University of New York with an Accounting degree. He also earned an MBA from New York University's Stern School of Business with concentrations in Tax and Finance. Stephan holds General Securities Licenses 7 and 63, and previously earned his New York State Certified Public Accountant license.
