Wendy Jennings, CEP, Director, Employee Shareholder Services, Riverbed Technology, Inc.

Wendy Jennings is currently Director, Employee Shareholder Services for Riverbed Technology, Inc. Wendy has 20 years of equity compensation plan experience with publicly-held corporations. From 2005 to 2007 she was a Relationship Manager with Charles Schwab Stock Plan Services. Prior to Schwab Wendy was Director, Stock Administration for Advanced Fibre Communications, Inc. which merged with Tellabs, Inc. in 2004. Wendy’s experience includes responsibility for all equity plans, including analysis, design and implementation, Section 16 reporting, insider trading compliance, proxy preparation, stockholders meetings, FAS 123 valuation, stock plan acquisitions, restricted stock programs and corporate governance issues.

Wendy received her Certified Equity Professional (CEP) designation from Santa Clara University in 1993. Wendy has served on the CEP Institute’s Advisory Board since 1999, chairing the board in 2003. She also serves on the Institute's Curriculum and Standard Setting committees. Wendy was a founding member of the NASPP, is a Director of the NASPP San Francisco chapter, and received the organization’s Individual Achievement award at its national conference in 2005. Wendy is a frequent speaker on a broad spectrum of equity compensation topics, and has been an instructor for CEP exam preparation courses.
