Jeffery Mains , First Vice President, Smith Barney Global Stock Plan Services

Jeffrey Mains is a Product Manager for Smith Barney Global Stock Plan Services. In this role, he is primarily responsible for working with clients to continuously assess and improve the corporate client experience across all stock plan product categories. Prior to his current role, Jeffrey worked for five years as the Associate Director of Stock Plan Administration at Bristol-Myers Squibb Corporation. Prior to graduate school, Jeffrey worked for seven years predominantly as a consultant providing loss control, risk management, and liability litigation support services to large insurance providers and their corporate clients. Jeffrey earned a M.B.A and a M.S. of Information Systems form the University of Pittsburgh’s Katz Graduate School of Business. His B.S. is from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania in Risk Management. Jeffrey is currently preparing to sit for Level 2 of the CEP certification.
