Britta Puschendorf

Britta Puschendorf has almost twenty years of experience in the finance industry, most recently leveraging her background and knowledge by consulting in the equity compensation arena. Prior to this, Britta held positions with various issuers, transfer agents, major brokerage houses and investment banks. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of California at Davis and her Master’s Degree from Thunderbird - the Garvin School of International Management in Arizona. She has been actively involved with the NASPP Silicon Valley Chapter for the last eight years, serving on both the Membership and Program Committee, and the Executive Committee, most recently as the Assistant Treasurer. Britta is also a member of the Global Equity Organization.
