Biography Paula Todd is a Managing Principal of Towers Perrin specializing in executive, outside director and stock-based compensation. She serves as a firm-wide technical resource, consulting on executive compensation issues related to corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, employment contracts and retention or severance arrangements. She also oversees Towers Perrin's Executive Compensation Resources (ECR) business, which is the data collection, analysis, research and information services unit of the firms Executive Compensation consulting practice. Ms. Todd is based in Stamford, Connecticut. She has been with Towers Perrin for over 20 years, first working in the firms Washington, D.C. office. Prior to joining Towers Perrin, she was the Manager of Tax Analysis for the National Corporation for Housing Partnerships and served as the Administrator of the Bureau of Naval Personnel Non-Appropriated Fund Activities Retirement Plan. Ms. Todd has a BA in Economics from the University of Maryland and
an MBA degree from Stanford University. She is a Certified Public Accountant
and a member of the American Institute of CPAs and World at Work. She
serves on the Option Valuation Group for the current FASB Equity-Based
Compensation Project and was an Advisory Task Force member.
